Shipping and Returns
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes we do. This allows us to ship worldwide and at expedited speeds.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to seven business days for orders to be processed and between 7-10 business days to recieve your items.
*Shipping times may be extended due to current global circumstances.
How can I get a repair?
We will accept any repairs within 10 days of purchase. If you recieved your item, and kept it for longer than 15 days, we will not offer a repair.
Within the 10 days you are eligible for a repair if:
~ Your item arrived damaged beyond wearable or is damaged in the first 10 days. Please call or email before returning to verify eligibility and receive a shipping label.
~ Exact repairs can only be made if materials are available. Some materials go out of production. In that event, like materials will be selected to ensure quality product and similar aesthetic.
How can I return my items and get a refund?
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.

Do you create custom jewelry?
No, we do not. However, each of our pieces are one of a kind and you won’t find them anywhere else.
